How do refunds work?
Monthly: within 7 days of purchase. Annual & Lifetime: within 30 days. Request a full refund from your Orders page — no reason needed. The license is revoked automatically once processed; repeated buy-and-refund cycles may be declined as abuse.
What happens when my plan expires? Do I lose anything?
Your plan simply ends — no charge, no renewal. Your files were never on our side (local processing), so nothing is affected; basic tools stay free and unlimited, and you can buy AI quota again whenever you need it, any tier.
Where is the license bound? How many devices?
The license is tied to your account email, with no device limit — sign in on any browser to get Pro; the desktop app is covered too once it launches (included in Lifetime).
How does time stack if I buy before my plan expires?
Time extends from your current expiry. For example, with 45 days left on a monthly pass, buying Annual adds 1 year after those 45 days. After expiry, a purchase starts from the payment date. Remaining days are never wasted — no conversions needed.
