Service Description

Formavide is a browser-based media tool. Most features run locally in your browser — no upload required. Cloud features (watermark removal, denoise, vocal separation, subtitle generation, and cloud convert) upload files to GPU servers for AI-powered processing. Files are encrypted during transfer. Source files are deleted immediately after processing. Output files are retained for 7 days, then automatically deleted.

Acceptable Use

• You may use Formavide for personal or commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any content you process.
• You may not use Formavide for any illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement.
• You may not attempt to bypass DRM (Digital Rights Management) protections.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, overload, or attack the service.

Payments & Refunds

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments and valid for 365 days from purchase.
• You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are prorated based on unused credits.
• A processing fee is deducted based on your plan: Starter 10%, Basic 8%, Standard 8%.
• No refunds are available after 30 days from purchase.
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Formavide is a tool only. You are solely responsible for respecting copyright laws and intellectual property rights. We do not condone unauthorized conversion of copyrighted material.

Limitation of Liability

Formavide is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service. Processing quality depends on your browser and device capabilities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
